Light x Shadow is a MOBA that, in addition to offering some awesome anime aesthetics, also brings a series of unique game modes and other features to the table, adding a touch of originality to this subgenre.
The game challenges you to participate in different types of events against other players, from the classic 5vs5 where your mission is to control the enemy’s base, to other more peculiar modes where four teams of three members have to face each other in an exciting battle to see who gets to control the main area of the setting.
There are more than 20 different heroes that totally shatter the stereotypical images of the Japanese manganime. The best part is that you can customize your heroes’ skills as well as their look. Also, you can link a pet (that’s linked to an element, kind of like Pokemon) to each of your heroes.
Light x Shadow lets you participate in free or ranked events. As an added bonus, there’s a PvE section that lets you practice against the artificial intelligence as well as the inevitable PvP. In order to unlock new characters, you must win battles, participate and try your luck with a Pachinko machine where you’ll use a series of balls that you’ll collect throughout the different rounds.
